Sailor Chibi Moon is a character from the Japanese manga “Sailor Moon,” as well as the anime version of “Sailor Moon.” Sailor Chibi Moon was the ninth Senshi to be introduced in the anime version and was the seventh Senshi to be introduced in the manga version. Her parents are the King Endymion and Neo Queen Serenity, who were the future versions of Mamoru and Usagi, respectively.

In civilian life, Sailor Chibi Moon goes by the name of Usagi Chibiusa Tsukino. She was born as a princess in 30th century Crystal Tokyo, and then she came back in time to 20th century Tokyo to undergo her training.
When referred to with her mother, Sailor Chibi Moon and Sailor Moon are known as Double Moon. Sailor Chibi Moon is also sometimes known by fans of the anime and manga as Princess Senshi.

Usagi Chibiusa Tsukino has two different transformations. Usagi uses her Prism Heart Compact to undergo a Moon Prism Power transformation into Sailor Chibi Moon. Usagi also uses her Chibi Moon Compact to undergo a transformation into Super Sailor Chibi Moon. In both of these transformations, Usagi becomes much taller than she is as her civilian self.

Sailor Chibi Moon has six different attacks. She has a Luna P Henge ball that has the ability to transform into any object that she wishes. She can use Luna P Henge even when she is not transformed. She has a Pink Sugar Heart Attack that sends pink hearts at her enemy using her Pink Moon Stick. Using her Crystal Carillion, Super Sailor Chibi Moon can unleash a Twinkle Yell that calls forth Pegasus. In conjunction with Sailor Moon, Sailor Chibi Moon can perform a Double Sailor Moon Kick. In conjunction with Super Sailor Moon, Super Sailor Chibi Moon can use a Kaleidomoon Scope to perform the Moon Gorgeous Meditation. Sailor Chibi Moon’s final attack is the Supersonic Wave, in which her tears allow her red odango cover to send supersonic waves that hurt her enemies.

The dominant color in Sailor Chibi Moon’s outfit is pink. She wears a heart-shaped choker and a transformation brooch. Her odango features circular accents that look like rabbit ears. Her shoulder and elbow pads only have two bars, unlike the three bars the other Sailor Moons’ have. When Sailor Chibi Moon transforms into Super Sailor Chibi Moon, the dominant color of her outfit changes from pink to yellow.
